cant submit a problem

hello,
i am unable to submit any of the problems. I cant select any language from the drop down menu. also it shows “false” in the languages allowed . help me!!

PLEASE check the first page atleast. There are like, more than 5 threads speaking of same thing. Please bump things in a single thread so its easier to keep track of things.
