My Rating Decreased by 183, even tough I am getting “You did not participate in this contest” and there is no section for Cook83 under Problems Solved on my Profile.
You attempted the problem from the COOK83 Contest, but couldn’t make any correct submissions.
Even attempting the problem will affect the ratings of that particular contests.
