does not have enough karma ,so asking here:
why my code for NEO01(chef and feast) gives this error–

I don’t understand why is there a minimum requirement of 3 karma points for even asking a question. Shouldn’t it be 1? As programmers who are new to codechef won’t even have the reputation to ask a decent question/doubt.
