No, codechef has strictly restricted the discussion of the exam questions on any public forum. You can read the FAQ here.
However you can practice the CCDSAP mock tests to get an idea about the level of difficulty and the type of questions. This is the link to the mock tests.

Is there any reason discussion of past questions is not allowed ? It would really help in preparation if previous exam questions were released and we could solve them
