Plagiarism,Privacy and Sharing

If I share a template of my code with my friends and they use it to write their own program for contests does The Chef treat it as a plagiarism breach, even if some parts of code are different from my code(part of code written specific for a problem). If it is plagiarism then do I have a choice for hiding my code in codechef as anyone can view anyone else's code as by default? Many of my friends have this doubt, please help. @admin please help.

It will not. But the code used for problem solving should be different.
