Why does my profile show two different ratings, one in the graph and another above my stars?

Sorry, Didn’t see it! But again what is the reason for a negative rating change? Also I have seen my rank change every time after a contest but this never happened with the rating, as the graph and the profile is updated simultaneously. Also, which is my actual rating, because on this page:
