BINIM2 Question in mega cookoff

Is it fair to use the same question(BINIM2) that has been asked in April cook-off with minor changes?
The solution of BINIM(April cookoff) is accepted in BINIM2 with just exchanging 0 and 1 in a single line. I am just aking?

Strange, I see that the question is almost exactly the same, and the sample test cases as well. Only I could not figure out how the sample test case answer is exactly the opposite.

Hey I was right, the question text as well as the sample test cases don’t match up. I should have just asked a clarifying question. I hope someone else also noticed it.
