Post-contest access to submissions for registration contests

Currently only people who register for a contest can see all the submissions for problems after the contest is over.

Can the rules be modified to allow anyone to see the submissions post-contest, even if they didn’t register? Thanks.

(Current situation is reducing the benefit of some editorials which point to inaccessible example code)

Yes…It should be. Perhaps, there’s nothing wrong with viewing solutions publicly for a team contest.
