Is it mandatory for a team to have all three of it’s members to be present at ACM-ICPC onsite round or will it work if the team has only two members? And what about the certificates and all the other stuff, would the rest of the team still be eligible for all of those if the 3rd member is not present there ?
Please help it’s urgent.

Try emailing them and asking. I think as long as team is eligible for WF adn all 3 are prepared to goto WF, they wont be denied participation in regional -based on what kharagpur page says. Have a shot.
I participated last year at Amritapuri and there was a team with 2 members. Their 3rd member was probably ill or something like that.
