SIGCONT-Runtime Error

It basically appears when your code is printing lines beyond a certain limit. For Codechef IDE its around 2^16 characters. Basically, I wrote this code-

{ for(i=0;i<5;i++)

} And the above code was showing SIGCONT error.When I changed my code to this:-

{ for(i=0;i<5;i++)

} No error occurred! Why? Help!
