error in ranklist of january challenge 2019 (division 2)

people with less MATCHIT score are above than the greater ones.

plz see the two Ids :-

ID……………… ……… best answer score……………………points…………………………rank

this rank thing is happening because tilak007 score in ranklist is 48.674 and himalaya7 score in ranklist is 48.29453

but I cant understand how Himalayas score in ranklist is low though he scored more points and more answer score

one thing to note here is that tilak007 submitted his last code on 11 JAN

and himalaya7 has been recently submitting the codes

according to this I think that the older submissions are not being rejudged and recalculated

hope this issue will be solved soon

If I were to guess what’s wrong, I think that when Himalaya7 made his latest submission, by then some other person would’ve made a really good submission due to which scores of all/several others were supposed to decrease but they weren’t/aren’t updated, but since himalaya7 explicitly made a submission again, the score he/she got was the updated one, whereas score of many other was/is yet to update
