I participated in Plinth-Enigma’19 LNMIIT Techfest and ranked 6th. According to the rule, I should have been awarded 300 laddus. Can anyone please explain?

This was ages ago. Both the ranklist and the ratings have been updated.

Codechef has been outperforming in this field since ages (as well).
PS: My laddus for something I did 2 months back haven’t been credited 
Are you sure that you actually qualified for laddus then? Laddus for everything upto December are done. Only Jan’s laddus are pending.
