Why are the people with same points having different ranks? Some People with 700 points in B division are currently having Ranks 25 while some others with 700 points are having ranks 62.

The people with better rank have a non-zero score on the challenge problem. It’s less than 0.001 so it’s displayed as ‘-’ in the ranklist. You can check their profile, they have ‘AC’ in the challenge problem.
