I do not understand. You thing that those negative values are ok for graph where edges have positive values?
Yes, output is copied from IdeOne, but those negative values are wrong for sure, but values like 41, 24, 25, 520, 165449800 (all that are not multiples of 10^8) are wrong too…
And also those two lines with zeros - it’s connected graph, so there should be zeros only on diagonal…
for which test cases r u taking abut???
in the link that u gave is the test cases which was given on the site nd the output matches with that…

Sorry, I’m using IdeOne for a while so I didn’t realize that it can be new for you, there is second test case as @kunal361 said, click “show” next to #2
