i dont understand one thing that if one has only to copy paste the code then why dont they go for the practice questions and why r they polluting the contest environment

this user is solving questions more quickly than ACRush and all other giants
u can check out his submissions timings
he is submitting answers in a span of 5 to 10 minutes

The time of solving does not make a difference in long contests. Some users dont have continuous net access and might choose to solve all at once and then submit them when they have time.Some people (even ACRush) solve questions and then submit them at once as part of their strategy.

Any way it should not make a difference to anybody when and how people solve and what strategy they use.
