Where are the questions in practice section???why???why???

CodeChef: Practical coding for everyone (link of a problem in contest).

I can understand if there would be late in editorial(or even if it would not be published!!).

But why late in adding to practice section?

Even the contest wasn’t visible on the page Competitive Programming and Coding Challenges - CodeChef when it was active. I checked this several times, and even submissions are not visible our user’s page or counted!
