I have noticed that users are having badges more than 100 or so but when i go to badges information page I just find around 35 badges only. So how did they get them and how can I.

Few badges related to questions or answers like [Nice Answer, Nice Question, Famous Question, Great Answer, Guru, … ] are given every time they satisfy required condition… like number of upvotes or number of views.
You can open someone’s profile and view what all badges he received on scrolling down on his profile. If a person gets a badge more than once, there will be a xN beside the name of the badge, which mean that person received N number of those badges.

In short, we can repeat and achieve badges over and over again provided that we satisfy its requirements.
