They are available in the practice section. Also in order to submit you need to be logged in.

The problems from a contest conducted by codechef are usually available in the practice sections.
However, for external problems hosted on codechef, it will take a while for it to be available in the practice section (peer).
They are available in practice section. To submit the solutions after contest you simply remove contest code from the URL of original problem link
Example: “CodeChef: Practical coding for everyone” is contest URL of the problem after contest the problem is moved to practice section with URL “CHEFPRES Problem - CodeChef”
