Do questions from closed contests eventually become practice questions?

Hi,

I was looking at one of the recent contest questions (CUSTPRIM), but didn't submit any solution during the contest. The contest closed, so of course no more submissions are accepted.

I've been working on the problem, just for practice, since the contest closed (without looking at any of the solutions!) and was wondering if it will be possible to submit a solution to this problem in the same way a solution can be submitted to the practice questions.

In other words, will CUSTPRIM and similar problems from old contests ever become practice problems?

Thanks
