Can I submit C++ code by VS C++ 2010

Sorry all if my question is stupid.
After I found in faq and discussion, and failed when submit code. I have a question:
I am working on VS C++ 2010, so can I submit code to CodeChef?
If it can’t, so what do I have to do to submit code to CodeChef?
I am using Window7 and C++.

It’s ok to use VS 2010, just remember when you submit your code to upload only your source code.

Thank you for answer, and more question, should I choose what kind of C++ language in dropdown list?

You can’t go wrong with either of them honestly(gcc 4.3.2, gcc 4.9.2, g++ 4.9.2). Don’t worry about compilers for now.
