Our team status is showing “pending” even after completing registration of all the 4 members (3+1 reserve) and payment. Is there any formality else to be done to complete the registration process other than this??

just make sure you have filled the portal given on http://icpc.amrita.ac.in/2015 for payment for either NEFT or DD and completed the registration on main baylor site
else give them some time they will verify and approve your participation

and i got reply that wait till October 2.
Amritapuri Site has been updated and saying that those whose status are pending will be approved by 3rd October.

i am still facing this problem and just three days are left but status still shows pending .Yes,our registered with his personal id .
There should be a red button next to that pending blue button on team page
click on it
mostly something must be missing in your icpc baylor profile page
if thats the case the red button will show it
Yes, that portal was also filled-up. payment was done on 29-09-2015.
