I have two submissions which give different output for same input and both are accepted.

may be your both the codes are correct for general cases and corner cases.
P.S.:- DISCUSSING ABOUT A RUNNING CONTEST IS NOT CORRECT

FYI same is the case for DEVPERF !
Codes with different outputs are accepted !

If both the codes are correct then they should give same answer for a valid test case. There will be only one answer for a test case since question asks for minimum number of balls.
P.S.:- I am not discussing about solution of problem. If there are weak test cases then there will be few submissions which got AC just by luck which will give points to the user which he/she don’t deserve.
