I was wondering if you could create a Snackdown Pre-elimination round B mirror contest for teams that qualified to the Elimination from round A or for those that didn’t qualify in the qualifier.

I think it is, all teams can participate in it, but they will only consider though teams for rankings/selection on next round, which were not in top 1000 of Round A.
No it isn’t. It is only open for those qualified in the qualifier aqnd didn’t qualify in Pre-elimination A.
