Are there any rules for ICPC notebook? Is hand written notebook allowed? Is there any format we need to follow?
@dushsingh1995 as mentioned on the ICPC Baylor website, the participating teams are only allowed to carry a PDF of upto 25 pages, but there isn’t anything mentioned about the format of document.
You can carry in it any algorithms, or questions of your choice with solutions, or any theorems/formula, anything which feels could help you during the onsite round as internet is not available. You can see the sample ACM notebook of stanford university team in the link.
