Well as long as it bans the cheaters. How dumb can people be and copy the whole code lol. It really effects the credibility of the Institute these people belong to.

Don’t worry about them. They get penalized in due course. Focus on improving oneself. I know so many friends who are 5-star and don’t participate in hard contests anymore due to fear of losing rating. I personally don’t care about rating. Learn something new from each contest. I learnt some interesting string matching algorithms this time around. Another example is the Aho-Corsack algorithm in May 2020 Challenge.
You will get better with time.
