on 21st i received a mail from them stating that regional team will be sending interview link but till now nothing
You should blame the TCS team itself for that. Everytime I mail them or called their toll free, they told me that its still evaluating and wait for the mail. I was also a one expecting their mail.

I downloaded the scorecard but it is saying can’t open this file even though it is in pdf format
No, I got both score cards, the total marks for cognitive is out of 1800.
So how do you know if you are selected or not?

I am from 2022 YoP batch, can someone pls tell me, are the scores 1450/1800 and 47/60 good for getting a interview call and how much do you think is required for being qualified to give the digital examination.

Not sure though but I think those who got an interview scheduled, this page is showing for them and for others both the scorecards are showing.
