I believe I am not 6 right now because I didn’t upsolve
Ok sir,we’ll follow your advice
Same situation bro, the only thing different is that I’m in 2nd year… And what I think the most important thing is never get demotivated and always believe yourself.
Never have a negative-attitude even if rating goes down. Have faith that you’ll reach great heights. Always have that faith. 3-4 months ago,I was 2-star,but I knew I’m a 5-starer from inside, and see my faith turned into reality
Never underestimate yourself!
really thanks to both of you . yes , i never forget to upsolve after the contest and this summer holidays is really a good oppotuity to bang bang
. ( as during college days i need to travel 4 hour daily so i didn’t get much time).
Exactly… I agree here… I am one of them… solving easy with good speed
yeah i am one of your quora fan so know everything about you
.
What kind of bang-bang are you talking about may I know?

Yea,I know… All cuz of Quora!!! I write spicy answers!!!

I’m liking too many of your posts and comments. Is this considered as Karma-Farming?

Atleast not what you are thinking
it was called karma farming… now they removed karma maybe… now they call it likes XD
and I doubt if we gain anything from likes
BTW it would have been called “karma donation” XD
sometimes i think that you both are competing here that who will remain more active on discussion(who cares of codechef’s contests we have our own)

ik he will win there… I am good with competing in contests… afterall I am just member and he became regular… idk how

Hum jaise velle ko aur kya kaam hai. Baat karke hi tp karte hai puraa din. And ye contest kya hota hai?

Sab coding karenge toh vellagiri kaun karega?

Same here am alone too
despite being in IT none of my frnds are as driven as me for coding. I hav to drag them to participate in contests.
Its not like there are no good programmers in my colg but most of them stopped after this div system started by the fear of loosing their rating. Now its cakewalk to get to the top of my colg ranklist.
I feel like i am Saitama(one punch man) of my colg
Sometimes I jst open ranklist and compete with random guys without even knowing their names.
why competitive programming is loosing its status when IT is growing?
I see more more and people are moving toward development and less CP whereas I thought both shld go hand in hand
I guess we live in the same city. Yes, that happens generally. Maybe its the new trend. In every college , only 1 guy codes well
Rest are chilling… … .
I personally come to codechef cuz:-
1)Well, I don’t study at all…
2)So I should not feel guilty about it, so I come here to prove myself that yeah,I am not doing timepass
3) I personally like coding.
4)Ranks kaa zabardast addiction hua hau muje. Bhuk lagi rehti hai rank aur rating ki

yeah we do live the same city Mumbai
I even had Thakur as my centre for JEE advance(which did not go well)
i guess codechef shld organize a meetup for all lonely coders
