I lost my streak unexpectedly, while streak freeze is still there

Describe your issue

I was having more than 460 days, but unexpectedly I couldn’t code for a day. There was a streak freeze remaining, but it didn’t restore as expected. I was looking forward to reach 500!

I would be grateful if someone sorts the issue and restores my streak. This is what motivates me to code everyday and I would be severely disappointed if I miss this streak which I have kept for more than a year now!!

Hey! Long time since the previous issue, but this time I am facing another issue. I was having 4 streak freezes and since I didn’t have my laptop for four days, I thought I would keep up my streak from today, but sadly it is showing that streak ended and started again from day 1. I was almost very close to 750 days and that was a main motivation for me to get CodeChef Pro. Now after losing the streak discourages me a lot. Can you please look into this issue?
