My rating after August Long Challenge is 1699.After sometime it is decreased by 1 and became 1698.
The same happened with many of my college mates too.

And why rank is increasing even after contest has ended.
Ranks are increasing, because the challenge question has some hidden test cases. Which gets executed after the end of competition.
