Shef will sometimes cheat: he can change his prime any number of times during the game (even after you tell him your guess), but only in such a way that all his answers to your previous questions remain correct.

We replied most (probably all) relevant questions. I didn’t replied @mkitkat question because I considered that the line “but only in such a way that all his answers to your previous questions remain correct” is very clear.

I think if the panel can reply “No Comments” to such comments (like in Codeforces) it’ll prevent a lot of them from asking it in forums.
Helps to clear the misconception that setters do not reply to doubts/comments.
