Because cc administration is firstly not at all obliged to respond to you. Or anyone else over the delays in their internal processes. Simple as that.

The amount of hate i saw right now is disturbing, this is straight away cyber bullying someone.

And short or long is a personal choice, i only do short contest. This doesn’t mean i suck at long challenges. It’s a personal choice, that’s all.

Cheaters are marked for penalty. They are penalized later when devs determine because unlike some other sites, the process is very heavy for codechef to do immediately after contest. So all cheaters which people say are marked but not faced any rating penalty will be penalized when devs decide to.

Kind of like another plaghammer like situation which happened last time.
