How do I nest replies in the new Discuss forum? I couldn’t find an option for that in my profile preferences. It’s not necessary to show replies separately because you can expand a post to view it’s replies.

No , its not built like that .This app is just deployed on the server using discourse code .This react app is built by https://discourse.org/ you can ask them if you have any queries on their forum just like this here https://meta.discourse.org/ . So codechef wasn’t build this and cant help .
