In contest starters 95,
Rank 1 change - 1924 → 2143 (+219)
Rank 2 change - 1772 → 2378 (+606)

So, Rank 2 to became 6* but Rank 1 is still 5*.

Rating system does not accurately reflect the true evaluation of participants through ratings.
