Why no contests(rated) are happening on codechef? Last was on 19th july

The contest on 30th august (Starters 100) is an unrated contest.

Yes!
Since we are restarting contests with our judging infra - we want to be sure everything is working fine - hence we are starting off with an unrated contest.
