Same solution TLE and ACCEPTED

Dear Codechef,
This RRR problem from Snackdown recent round wasted my time.
I submitted this first solution got TLE at midnight.
The same solution that I submitted at the last moment got accepted.
What’s wrong with this?

What does @admin say about it?

Maybe you should submit in Python3 instead till they fix it. I believe the issue mostly occurs in PyPy.
