the first loop is for dividing the whole array in two subsegment and making all the element in both the subsegment equal (optimal way to make equal is to change all element to the middle value)
the second loop isn’t complex its self explanatory
the last loop for see if I take the ith element and minimum element then what is the most optimal value I need to take to match with maximum element this is done by binary search first I take difference as ith element - min then I need to get a value equal or close to max - diff

I was ranked around 400-ish today afternoon, and I checked now after struggling so long with EQBEAUTY and I found myself at above 2000!! Seriously? Everyone around the world got so hugely inspired and solved all the tough problems in just 3 to 4 hours? I think everyone knows what is going on and it is really frustrating. I had worked hours on BINFLIP and I’m sure there are others like me who could not qualify even after solving 4 problems. This is very disappointing. Please do something, CodeChef.

From 600 submission to 2500+ submission in just 3 hrs is so surprisiing. We know that unfair things happen everywhere and cheating also occurs in every contests of other sites but cheater’s count are scary in codechef .So, what makes any codechef different from other sites ?
The reasons are:
1 Little to no plag check
2 Codechef have more long contests,So, it gives cheater ample of time to modify their code to prevent plag.
3 Codechef doesnt not listen to demands of people.They just improve thieir UI andnothing else.

4.Codechef is an Indian site.Yes,It might anger my indian brother but it is true Indians cheats too much.
So, What can be the solutions?
Yes,No perfect solution can be found to prevents 100% plag but it can be reduced to greater extent.
1.More Number of Plag check.
2.Make plag check strong.
3.Long contest must be stopped.

4.Manual plag check.Yes,It may sound funny but codechef can select some individuals from each universities and pay them if they report certain number of plag solutions.
5.Some may say No.4 is economically not possible but codechef is already expending too much money in paying top 200 .so, why not stop that and use the money on No. 4.

6.Lets say that user are plagarised then what?
is decreasing the rating enough to stop them?
and the answer is No.
So punishment for plagiarised user should change.Punishment can be removal of stars(Just color for user no star), Different band of colors for 1 times plagged user and different for more than 1 times plagged users, low volatility of rating change, banning user from those types of contest etc.

I know admin will ignore all the suggestion but these are my views.
What are your views and suggestion??

As other sites use it, plagiarism checks exist - surely the CodeChef team can implement them?

A manual plag check is a good option, Codechef can ask for volunteers who are willing to check solutions, I believe many people will help CodeChef for manual check. Codechef can give a small amount of money or goodies in return. Many people will help without asking for money.
