I wasn’t talking about him or any other specific person. All i am saying is cheaters blame others while they also cheat.
FIrst thing I didn’t cheat , my room mate submitted exact my code in Feb cook off 2019 , and for that I got -275 
, so now ?

Since solution of TICTACTO was leaked, this was surely done by 5star and above (may be 4 star also). So, why high rated people help to cheat?

There are so many telegram “discussion” channels on which the people are cheating. The whole month the group is silent and suddenly has 400+ active members during any competition. People exchange their codes to rank up. This surely demotivates the people who want to level up based on their true potential. I came across one such “discussion” group(never used it tho) I would mention the link below and would surely want codechef to take it down.

Don;t worry all leaked codes were sent to admin during the contest. A list of cheaters were mailed too. We will make sure to add his name too.
