200+ Days Streak Lost Problem

Hello Team,

My CodeChef streak has broken unexpectedly. I had 5 streak freezes left, but yesterday when I couldn’t code, the freeze was not applied. I coded today, yet my streak shows as broken.

Details:

  • Username: able_violet_64
  • Number of freezes left before break: 5
  • Date missed: 22/08/2025
  • Date coded again:23/08/2025

Expected behavior: Since I had available streak freezes, one should have been applied automatically and my streak should have continued.

Request you to kindly look into this issue and restore my streak.

Due to a technical issue, the streak freeze did not apply for a few users. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team is already working on it, and we’ll make sure to restore your streak soon
