is it necessary to save my program in C:\bin folder and if yes than why and if no than please let me know the whole thing behind this
No this is not necessary to save your program file to C:bin folder you can save anywhere in your System.
Because file saving is Directory based problem so don’t worry about this you can save anywhere.

You can save it anywhere in the system… i will recommend you to use codeblocks,dev c or visual studio as they have new compiler whereas Turbo c++ is quite old and outdated one…
