access values

consider an i/p for a program to be “2”. according to my knowledge it is stored in the memory as binary values. is it possible to access and change those binary values ?

please reformulate. what do you mean by i/p ? integer pointer ?

in which context does it needs to be modified ?

PS: you don’t actually need bold font nor weird links to be read.
