After what time contest questions are moved to practice section?

I know that once the contest is ended, its questions are moved to practice section, but is the time after which questions will be moved fixed ? (eg. after an hour or two) or it is completely random depends on codechef team ? @admin

Thats not true atleast for unrated contests. Yesterday i had to wait for around 150 mins after which the questions are moved to practice section.
