But Google Kickstart Round B starts 4 Hours just after Cook-off ends (If I am not wrong). One who wants to participate in both will have just 3 (Excluding the one hour of nightmare of coding) hours of sleep

this is not a valid reason, they should only consider that general public sleeps at 10-11 :(. they shouldn’t make such preceptions.

Agreed. Codeforces round timing of 20:05 IST is much more comfortable for everyone to participate.

I mean, every contest cannot be at the perfect time for everyone.
This contest was from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM in Tokyo.
Also a lot of times contests happen in the working hours of students when they have classes.

So I guess we all have to manage somehow…
