If I go to contests page and check the radio button (show all contests), I can see more contests.
Are all those contests rated?
For example, I can see there will be CMAT2022 contest tomorrow.

No. Contests are rated iff the name of the contest says “Rated for …”
Do I understand correctly? I think the name of the contest START64 is Starters 64.
It’s rated but its name does not contain “Rated for …”.

Check a few days before the contest and you’ll see it changed.
