Are SUBTASKS arranged in INCREASING order of constraint size?

i am asking this as i am getting TLE in subtask 10 and 13 out of 18 . if it is arranged in increasing order of constraint size ,then it shouldn’t get TLE ?

No the subtasks are random and they are not in any order.
