I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been an active participant on CodeChef, maintaining a streak of over 100 days by solving at least one problem daily. Recently, my streak unexpectedly reset to 2 days despite utilizing a streak freeze to cover a missed day.

I would be grateful if you could review my account and provide insights into why this happened. Additionally, if there’s a way to check my streak freeze balance or recover my original streak, please guide me through the process.
