What is the ideal time to start cp. I am currently in sem2 and i am currently learning dsa as of now i know sorting, searching, arrays, strings
I think this is the ideal time to start with cp. So you have enough time to do other things as well in your final semesters.
Practice and practice and please do participate in contests.

There is no time such as “Ideal Time”. Start as early as possible. At the end of the day, CP is all about practice and consistency. As one of the red coders (Sry I don’t remember the name) once said - “CP is not a sprint it’s a marathon.”
