Bug: Public Certificate doesn't appear on user Profile

I have received a certificate of participation during CodeChef SnackDown '21, and it seems to already be Public by default.

But it still does not appear on my profile page, stating that I have not made any certificate public yet.

Even toggling state from Public Visible/Not Visible doesn’t make any difference
