DIFFICULTY:

PREREQUISITES:
The average of N values is defined as: \texttt{avg}(N) = \dfrac{Sum\: of\: all\: values }{N}.
PROBLEM:
A bulb company claims that the average lifetime of its bulbs is at least X units.
The company ran a test on N bulbs. You are given the lifetime of N-1 of these bulbs. What is the minimum non-negative integer value of lifetime the remaining bulb can have, such that the claim of the company holds true?
EXPLANATION:
The average of N values is : \dfrac{Sum\: of\: all\: values }{N}. Therefore to achieve an average of X, the sum of all values should be atleast N\cdot X. Let sum represent the sum of lifetime values of N-1 bulbs. If sum \ge N\cdot X\:\: We have already achieved the required average and the answer to this case would be 0 else we need to add some positive value to sum such that it becomes equal to N\cdot X. Therefore the minimum non-negative integer value of lifetime the remaining bulb can have, such that the claim of the company holds true is max(0,n*x-sum)
TIME COMPLEXITY:
O(N) for each test case.
