Can not access august COOK-OFF

I tried to register for August Cook-Off 2022 (COOK144). But it’s giving me:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this contest as it is restricted. Please contact the contest organizer to access this contest.

Also, my contest list is not showing August Cook-Off . The contest starts in less than 3 hours.

The error is “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this contest as it is restricted. Please contact the contest organizer to access this contest.”

Why I get this restriction.
