In Short Contests, ordering of questions appear different from what it is, just after starting of contest. Today, the question which was fourth in original order appeared as first to me. I wasted 30 minutes on that question (can’t solve), and till that time 1000 coders did first question. I encountered this thing many times.

Yeah happened many a times to me too.
The problems are not ordered in increasing order of difficulty. They are just randomly ordered at first and when people start submissions they are ordered in decreasing order of number of successful submissions. So it is advised to have a look at the problem page after some intervels of time.
